Role: Business AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration: 12 MonthsRequired Skills:Candidates must be strong working with Wires (SWIFT or Fed wire).Must know the full life-cycle of a Wire transfer and have previous experience with investigation of Wire transfers when they go wrong.Must have excellent communication as they will be directly working with various end clients and representing the FIS team.Client is looking for a Payments Analyst to join their Transitions team. This client provides Payment solutions (FEDWIRE and SWIFT) to other companies. Once implementation of these Payment solutions has been completed, this team works on the backend to help train and troubleshoot with the client around the new software and Payment life cycle.Candidates must have experience with the following: Mixed background of Functional and Technical Background can be a mix of BA, Testing, Troubleshooting, etc. as long as you have experience working with clients / end-user after the have been set up with new Payment solutions Experience and complete understanding of Fed wire or SWIFT process Training experience to help with new client interactions Experience working with outside vendors or end clients Previous experience working in a Wireroom would be highly preferredBasic Qualifications:Candidates must be strong working with Wires (SWIFT or Fed wire).
