Busy automotive shop now hiring for an experienced technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced automotive mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures. Our shop culture is one of diagnosing accurately before repairing. Our technicians have a combined experience of seventy years, and we bounce ideas off of each other for the best possible outcome. A commitment for delivering exceptional, honest service to our customers is a must.

Duties:

-Conduct routine maintenance tasks

-Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques for every make and model (except for European and diesel).

-Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

-Collaborate with other technicians to ensure the best possible outcome for customers

-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology and best practices

Experience:

-2+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic

-Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues

-Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance techniques

-Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair software

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Experience with welding and fabrication preferred

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to lift and move heavy objects
