Join Our Community of Food People!Join Our Community of Food People!The Customer Operations Contract Coordinator I provides technical pricing support for local, regional, national, and government customer concepts. The goal of Customer Operations is to provide contract consistency, adhere to compliance standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of precision and accuracy. The essential duties and responsibilities of the Contract Coordinator I directly impact the achievement of this goal. This position is performed in a virtual or remote setting.Remote Anywhere - 100% Remote anywhere in the United States excluding Hawaii and U.S. TerritoriesPrimary Responsibilities: Review and interpret vendor agreements, pricing or incentive documentation, and/or contract documentation for relevant content.

Update systems to accurately reflect customer agreements and minimize risk of USF margin leakage. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, rebates, contracts, and customer setup.

Process customer on-boarding requests by applying profile rules, conditions, and policies to ensure accurate and complete setup.

Learn our proprietary systems and tools, and become knowledgeable with established processes and workflows. Systems and tools include, but are not limited to the following:

PRIME

PRISM

Tandem

CDMR

CASIS

MDM

PACE

Complete audit files for internal review process; complete any self-audits relating to the audit process.

Provide resolution for pricing inquiries and troubleshoot price calculations that may require in-depth research of pricing methodologies and procedures.

Act as liaison to our sales teams, vendor support teams, market personnel, and other internal or external stakeholders.

Provide support to Customer & Contract Compliance Analysts for audit-related questions.

Accurately maintain and utilize various lists, SOPs, and reference documents to manage workload and communications with all applicable department personnel to ensure on-time delivery of pricing and to minimize the risk of pricing interruptions.

May include other duties as assigned.

Education/Training: High school diploma or GED

Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred

Some post-high school nationally accredited coursework is preferred

Related Experience/Requirements: Experience in data entry, data management, or related field is preferred

Experience in accounting or related field is preferred

Experience in customer service or related field is preferred

Experience working with large data sets or in data manipulation and analysis is preferred

Experience working with vendor agreements or contract administration is preferred

Experience in process improvement and identification of waste is preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Comfortable using computers with working knowledge of Microsoft applications including, but not limited to the following:

Microsoft Excel:

Understanding of basic formulas including, but not limited to the following: =VLOOKUP, =SUM, =COUNT

Understanding of basic worksheet/workbook navigation and formatting

Experience creating and/or utilizing pivot tables and/or macros is preferred

Microsoft Outlook:

Basic navigation and search functions

Calendar management including setting appointments, meetings, and reminders

Utilizing categorization

Experience in a shared inbox environment is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability to follow through on commitments

Strong algebraic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner; demonstrate business maturity in conduct of daily activities

Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes with basic training

Ability to learn and perform all job functions in a remote or virtual environment with minimal supervision

Ability to prioritize workload, meet critical deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work calmly under pressure

Ability to work overtime to support business requirements, as needed

Travel: May require occasional travel to home office located in Tempe, AZ or other US Foods site post-COVID. (<5%)

The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $14.42 and $19.28 per hour and will be similar, but may very slightly by state. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation.
