Experienced DayHab Support Staff – Anchorage & Mat-Su Region (Skot Caring LLC)

Skot Caring LLC is hiring EXPERIENCED DayHab Support Staff to support adults with developmental disabilities in Anchorage and Mat-Su (Wasilla/Palmer).

Position: DayHab Support Staff (DSP)

Pay: Competitive (Above average for experienced DSPs)

Schedule: PT/FT

Requirements:

2–3+ years DD experience

Safety, communication, behavior support, teaching independence

Able to work independently

Clean driving record

Pass Alaska background check

Valid license + reliable vehicle

Experience with Therap preferred

TB test preferred

CPR/First Aid preferred

Responsibilities:

1:1 community DayHab support

Teach daily living skills (safety, budgeting, communication, coping)

Follow PCSP goals

Support behavior regulation

Complete Therap notes

Transport clients safely
