Description:Director PMGA Medical Clinics Providence Physician Service OrganizationMust possess the knowledge and ability to manage Medical Clinics through administrative ability, initiative, resourcefulness, executive and analytical ability.

Must have experience in strategic planning, organizational assessment, and have highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills.

Must possess strong organization skills.

Must have the ability to put efficient systems in place to meet demand of heavy workload and paperwork; prioritize work assignments; adapt to flexible work schedules; problem-solve, exercise judgment and discretion; work well with physicians and other hospital staff members; manage successfully, multiple projects and deadlines while demonstrating a mature work attitude; and work effectively in a team environment while managing projects independently.

Must have experience in developing project budgets, timelines and fraud, abuse and inurement laws.

Must have the ability to navigate politically sensitive discussions and implement creative solutions to achieve shared objectives.

Must have the knowledge of laws related to recruitment and employment, including immigration and private practice support relationships.

Must exhibit professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:Required qualifications:Bachelor's Degree

2 years of leadership experience in a management role.

Preferred qualifications:Master's Degree
