DMO- Dish Machine Operator

DMOs NEEDED

Suite 100 Restaurant and Bar is hiring dependable DMOs! We cook real food for a lot of happy guests every day in a busy, high-volume, South Anchorage restaurant. That means we need help keeping the clean dishes and pots and pans coming!

You MUST have an impressive work ethic, a great attitude, a desire to learn and develop, and a determination to be an integral player on a team of restaurant professionals. We want to hire great additions to a great team. Is this you? It is hard work, but we've got a good crew that helps each other, and the food at the end of your shift is great! And free!

Experience NOT required. Reliability and a positive teamwork attitude are a must.

Pay is $16-$17 per hour (plus tips), depending upon experience and performance, with room for advancement.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

- Support food preparation and service as needed, including basic cooking tasks.

- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines to handle food properly.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and a smooth workflow.

- Participate in cleaning and organizing the dish pit, kitchen storage, and prep areas.
