Dough Mixer Operator for local tortilla manufacturer

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Candidate will work in a clean, sanitary work environment and mix: flour, ingredients, water, and oil to create dough for tortilla manufacturing. Keeps a clean workspace and follows ALL safety procedures.

MUST BE ABLE TO:

- Lift 50 lbs. continuously, multiple times per day

- Squat, lift, bend, and stoop

- Stand for long periods of time

- Wear hair nets and/or a beard net

- Not having Allergies to Wheat Flour or Corn Flour is a plus

- Maintain a clean appearance during the work shift

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, Sanitation duties

- May work overtime occasionally as necessary

- Follow Directions and Safety Procedures

- Able to obtain a Food Worker Card (FWC) within 30 days of employment

- Other duties as assigned
