Experienced Maintenance Technician

Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for long term contract.

Must have a minimum three years of experience directly related to commercial/industrial building maintenance with significant experience in one of the following areas: plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, doors and locks, basic hvac skills.

M-F schedule, with routine out of town travel by commercial airlines.

$28-32 hr DOE, plus benefits including vacation, medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401k retirement plan.

Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy.

Applicants must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, drug testingand the ability to obtain a security clearance.
