Are you an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper looking for a dynamic opportunity in the real estate industry? Our growing RE/MAX Dynamic Properties team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

· Process payroll & commissions

· Prepare monthly financial reports

· Handle escrow and trust account reconciliations.

· Ensure compliance with real estate accounting regulations and best practices.

· Provide CPA with information and documents required by CPA for preparation of tax returns.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in real estate.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

· Strong understanding of real estate financial reporting and escrow/trust accounting.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
