Full-Time Nighttime Budtender

We are dedicated to providing a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our nightshift team.

Position Overview

The Nightshift Budtender is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate cash handling practices, supporting store operations, and closing up the shop for the night. This position requires the ability to work with peers, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently during late-night hours. Hours for this shift are Wednesday-Sunday (Monday & Tuesday Off) 4:15 PM - 12:15 AM. There may be times where you are asked to come to your shift early or are requested to cover shifts.

Compensation

-$17–$19 per hour or DOE

Key Responsibilities

-Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

-Accurately handle cash transactions and perform cash drops.

-Assist with inventory management and product organization.

-Use the point-of-sale system and computer efficiently.

-Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

-Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations.

Requirements

-Valid Alaska Marijuana Handlers Permit (REQUIRED).

-Previous retail or cannabis industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

-Ability to make accurate sales and handle cash confidently.

-Competent computer skills.

-Reliable transportation.
