Hiring for summer help

Red Spruce Eatery in Auke bay is looking for motivated culinary professionals. Develop your skills and work in a fast paced environment with an award winning chef and his team. We offer ground up training and practical hands on experience.

We are currently looking to hire for the following positions

Full time Dishwasher (10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. AND 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. /close 5 days a week)

Full time Counter service and food runners (10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. AND 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. 5 days a week )

Part time Counter service and food runners (4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. 2-3 days a week)

Full time Line cooks (3:00 and 4:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m. 5 days a week)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

Must be able to communicate clearly and work well with other team mates

reliable transportation to and from work

A sense of urgency for when the restaurant is busy

follow directions and take positive criticism

must have a your own personal cell phone

Licenses/Certifications: Must have or obtain an Alaska Food Workers Card within 30 days of hiring

Must be at least 21 years of age

A good attitude and willingness to learn!
