Position Overview:

We are looking for a Hospitality Power Couple to join our team for the summer season (with the possibility of year-round employment). The ideal couple would include a maintenance professional and a housekeeping/front desk specialist who are ready to embrace country life and the joy of working in a tight-knit community. Great for families—Cooper Landing offers a K-12 grade school and a safe, outdoor lifestyle.

Ideal Candidates:

Honest, hardworking individuals with professional references

Humble learners who take initiative and stay organized

Cheerful, can-do attitude and friendly demeanor with guests

Physically able to carry supplies upstairs and assist in general upkeep

Willingness to learn and serve in various roles as needed

Non-smoking and non-drinking staff preferred

Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service

Job Responsibilities Include:

Housekeeping and turnover of guest rooms

Light maintenance and general upkeep of the property

Front desk support and guest relations

Stocking supplies and assisting with laundry

Groundskeeping, snow shoveling (if year-round), and light repairs

Communicating clearly with team and management
