Jack of all trades.

We are a small property maintenance company seeking a well rounded individual for full time, year round, no summer weekends, work.

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings such as but not limited to:

Some plumbing

Some electrical

Some heating

Sheetrock

Flooring

Cabinets

Framing

Some appliances

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Request and replace broken parts or equipment

Provide own transportation to our shop off Dowling Road.

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Clean Drivers license

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to work in south central Alaska in Outside environments as needed

Hand held Snow maintenance on walkways, and stair ways required

Phone (App) usage

Very Communicative via text or phone

Positive attitude even while under pressure

None smoking business.

This position does a little bit of everything from Vehicle/Equipment maintenance, Buidling small portable structures, operating snow removal equipment on snow events, maintaining apartments/rentals, assisting with repairs in homes. We are a small outfit with no more then 10 employees working side by side with the owners. You do not need your own tools or the ability to handle a crew. You will be on call for snow removal October - April on the weekends, however we encourage long summer weekends.
