Lawn Maintenance, Painting, General Maintenance Helper

We are looking for a Summer hire that may turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Two days per week with another maintenance staff member will be lawn and grounds maintenance: Mowing, trimming, blowing and cleaning grounds.

Roughly three days per week as a maintenance helper. We will train in: Painting, electrical, plumbing repair, drywall repair, etc.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work, based out of Spenard.

Must be punctual and have a good work ethic.

40 hours per week with holidays and weekends off.
