Lead Carpenter and laborer

We are seeking lead carpenters and laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry tasks and construction techniques. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, installing, and restoring structures and fixtures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, siding, metal roofing, door/window installation, and finish carpentry.

Collaborate with team members to build structures that meet design specifications.

Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring quality finishes.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
