Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with bowling experiences- league, open bowling, Extreme bowling and bowling parties

Scheduling bowling parties both in person and over the phone

Communicating effectively with customers and team members to resolve issues

Cash handling

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Discounted bowling for employees
