NorthStar Helicopters is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic office and administrative team. This year-round, full-time role is integral to supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
-Support with the tracking and processing of tour sales, tour paperwork, and related documentation
-Track and handle invoicing for various vendors, partners, heli-ski, and gift shop
-Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and maintain employee records (leave, insurance, 401(k), etc.)
-Conduct bank runs, manage deposits for both bases, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
-Help administer the Drug Program
-Assist with front desk coverage—handle phones, reservations, and customer inquiries
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Suite
Ideal Candidate Profile
-Strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team
-Highly organized with great attention to detail
-Accurate and dependable under tight deadlines
-Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and customer service
-Previous admin or office management experience preferred
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation and Benefits
-Pay: $27.00+ per hour, depending on experience
-Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), and paid leave
-Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
