Part-Time Exterior Cleaning Tech

Location: Juneau, Alaska

Pay: $15/hr starting — $20/hr after training

Bonus: Performance bonuses available

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team part-time. This is a physical, hands-on role working outdoors, perfect for someone who takes pride in doing a job right the first time.

Job Duties:

Perform exterior cleaning (house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, etc.)

Work on ladders and rooftops using safety gear

Place flyers in neighborhoods for advertising

Organize and clean the work truck between jobs

Assist with light maintenance on equipment (hoses, pumps, reels, etc.)

Requirements – No Exceptions:

Must be comfortable with heights and ladders — this is a key part of the job

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet

Must pass a drug test (THC excluded)

Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Respectful and able to follow instructions

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or roof/gutter work

Familiarity with light maintenance and tools: hoses, pumps, plumbing, etc.

Perks:

$15/hr starting pay

$20/hr after training period (based on performance)
