Seasonal work at Gold Creek Salmon Bake – GIFT SHOP CASHIER

Part-time and full-time shifts available

As part of the Salmon Bake experience, guests will want to purchase souvenirs and other items as a reminder of their visit. That’s where you come in! As our gift shop cashier, your duties include but are not limited to:

-Ensure excellent customer service and create an inviting atmosphere

-Manage appropriate inventory practices

-Understand products for sale, and provide answers to questions regarding products, Alaska in general, and our company

-Actively promote sales

-Maintain a clean store and arrange tasteful displays of merchandise

-Perform transactions with cash and credit card POS

-Be responsible for opening and closing cash drawer till

-Help with other duties for outside dining areas

-Closely follow all rules and policies regarding uniforms and grooming

-Must obtain Alaska Food Handler’s card
