Senior Civil Project Engineer - Land Development

RESPEC seeks an experienced Senior Civil Project Engineer for our Anchorage, AK location. You will work directly with clients and collaborate with team members to design innovative solutions to diverse challenges in Alaska. Our Land Development team works on a wide variety of site and infrastructure design projects from inception through planning, design, and support of construction efforts for a wide variety of public- and private-sector clients all across the state of Alaska. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Key ResponsibilitiesLead civil design for land development projects including site grading, roadway layout, stormwater management, and utility infrastructurePrepare and review engineering plans, technical reports, specifications, and cost estimatesCoordinate with clients, permitting agencies, and internal teams to ensure project successManage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverablesMentor EITs and junior staff, fostering technical growth and professional developmentSupport business development through proposal writing and client engagementPresent designs in public forums and client meetings as needed.
