Sous Chef/Baker/Kitchen Maintenance available at a remote fishing lodge June 15,2025 thru September 28th 2025

Deluxe fly in Fishing Lodge

Scope of work includes:

Must have experience in Baking breads, pastries, desserts.

Prepping and packing lunch items and leftovers for remote camps.

Assist Chef with meal preparations.

Assist in cleaning of all kitchen /prep areas.

Make breakfast for guests on occasion.

Assist in dishwashing.

Must be a team player and willing to assist in other tasks when needed.

Must be ok with transportation in small aircraft to remote lodge.
