DescriptionSupervisor Integrated Absence Management LOA-STD Remote-Most states eligibleLead and supervise the work of ADM Leave Case Managers who are administering leave and disability claims. Manage and monitor workloads and assignments, provide constructive feedback and monitor individual case activities. Provide technical and jurisdictional expertise to support the case managers on claim adjudication and administration, and maintains a diary on complex and high exposure cases.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. H.S. Diploma or GED

5 years of Leave and Disability Case Management experience

1 year of Prior coaching, mentorship, supervisory, or similar leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
