Manage and monitor workloads and assignments, provide constructive feedback and monitor individual case activities. H.S. Diploma or GED
5 years of Leave and Disability Case Management experience
1 year of Prior coaching, mentorship, supervisory, or similar leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
