Studio Attendants are at the core of Turnagain Ceramics’ collective effort to deliver great experiences to all of our customers!

Job Summary:

The Studio Attendant is focused on helping members and students in the studio area and all customers in the pottery gallery and supply store. Attendants provide support in person, over email, and on the phone.

In addition to interfacing with customers, Studio Attendants are in charge of keeping the studio clean and tidy throughout every day.

Finally, Studio Attendants assist with ongoing inventory and studio operations, as well as special projects as needed.

Full time and part time positions are available, typical Studio Attendant shifts fall between 9:45am and 7pm, but occasional evening and weekend work is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide all students and members with the support they need to operate in the studio workspace successfully and comfortably

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the shared studio space throughout each day

Staff the front desk to assist with class and event operations, retail transactions, and general customer service

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong task management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Suite.

Education and Experience:

One year of related experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds repeatedly
