Description Robert Half's client, an advertising agency, is seeking someone with 3+ years advertising agency experience as an account executive, project manager or traffic manager. This role is responsible for being the liaison between the client and the agency. They will manage the client’s budgets and ensure the agency’s products and services are delivered on time and up to the client’s standards, while making strategic recommendations to promote the growth of the account.Requirements
Main liaison between the agency and it's clients
Works with assigned leadership on account growth strategy
Responsible for customer relationship management
Prepares annual marketing plans, individual campaigns, projects as needed
Oversees marketing, media and other research studies as required
Proactively proposes ways to increase effectiveness of client’s marketing activities
Prepares written proposals to include required quotes and assessments of client needs
Creates, manages and tracks project budgets and costs to maximize ROI for both client and agency
Reviews invoices before sending to client when needed
Attends client meetings as directed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, business or similar
3+ years agency experience as an account coordinator, project manager, traffic manager or junior account executive
Proficiency with Office 365
Knowledgeable of the creative development process for print and digital deliverables
Process-oriented, highly organized with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and ensure a positive work environment
Understanding of traffic management, project management and the creative process
Attention to detail
Adaptable and flexible while working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Able to learn, retain and communicate detailed information to staff members
Proactive thinker and problem-solver
Comfortable assigning tasks and holding people accountable, including supervisors
Must be an Arizona resident with reliable transportation to Phoenix and surroundings neighborhoods
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of Function Point
Experience in education, government, healthcare and financial sectors
