Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Gilbert, Arizona. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, including processing payments and transactions, updating ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely billing. Responsibilities: Handle remote deposits and daily cash sheets. Enter customer payments into systems accurately. Conduct collections and credit references on new customers as required. Maintain and manage accounts receivable records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Utilize various software systems, including SAGE, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel. Perform account reconciliation tasks. Manage cash collections and commercial collections effectively. Handle billing processes and cash applications. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Billing and Cash Applications practices Demonstrated ability in Cash Collections and Commercial Collections Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle Experience with QuickBooks and SAP Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
