Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the bustling city of Phoenix, Arizona. This role operates within the financial industry and involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where the primary focus is on efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities: Manage the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain an accurate record of each customer's credit status Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Cash Applications Implement Cash Collections strategies to recover outstanding payments Use Commercial Collections techniques to manage overdue accounts Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and analyze customer data Participate in the resolution of customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Collaborate with other team members to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
