Review and analyze customer credit applications and financial statements to assess credit risk. Recommend and monitor credit limits.

Manage overdue accounts by contacting customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.

Maintain accurate customer accounts, prepare aging reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on credit and collections matters. Communicate professionally and build relationships to ensure timely payments.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems or collections software is a plus.
