We are a leading commercial general contractor seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to oversee accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), office management, and receptionist duties. This role is critical to ensuring smooth office operations and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

● Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and vendor communications.

● Maintain accurate records.

● Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle general inquiries with professionalism.

● Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and

managing schedules.

● Assist with payroll processing and employee onboarding.

● Prepare reports and correspondence for management and clients.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR, office management, or administrative roles.

● Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office software.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
