You will lead a small to medium cross-functional teams in executing the development of our new product introduction (NPI) programs. This position will provide for technical leadership in the execution, cost control, schedule execution, milestone management and customer/PM interface to meet key milestones and program objectives. This opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to develop the aerospace technologies of the future! Key Responsibilities Technical requirements management

Subsystem specification development

Customer and supplier technical communications

Design trade studies

Activity cost and schedule estimation

System risk analysis

Hardware integration

Technical problem solving. Root cause analysis.

Design validation and testing

Presentation to peers and management

Report writing

YOU MUST HAVEBachelors degree in Mechanical, Systems or Aerospace Engineering

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience

Due to program requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. Dual citizenship is not allowed.

WE VALUETeam building and collaboration

NPI project management experience

Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic actuation

Experience in dynamic feedback control systems

Experience in DOORs or other requirements management databases

Experience with Matlab, Simulink, or other system modeling tools

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines

Ability to convey subtle or complex information, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
