In this role you will support fielding efforts for our Product Support Field Engineering team, garrison operations, maintenance management, shipping support, and field training exercises for the C4ISR Program. Install and configure the AFATDS of software and hardware and use of associated utilities from baseline to fully operational status.

Perform routine system maintenance and computer system administrative functions.

Guide the shipping of material and equipment when necessary.

Guide the Trouble Reporting (TRs) from the customer.

Regularly perform analysis of system operations and problem diagnosis.

Provide classroom instruction and/or over – the – shoulder training upon request. - Interact with and advise the customer daily regarding digital operations.

Distribute, install, test software updates, and provide delta training as necessary.

Support and assist as needed with hardware upgrades and warranty administrative processing.

Perform other related and/or associated tasks from time to time.

Create and / or distribute documentation in support of system operations, e.g., training materials, operator checklists or instructions, and recurring reports.

Prioritize and implement tasks in high-pressure environment.

Work autonomously and efficiently with short customer deadlines.

Guide and normalize customer expectations.

Overcome misunderstandings due to poor translations and soften the impact of creative assumptions and mend the unintended results of poor coordination.

Establish and maintain customer relationship.

Function in an isolated location, excel in a foreign cultural situation with little supervision and with the mental toughness to thrive in occasionally difficult conditions is imperative.

Clearance / Citizenship Requirements:

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination. Typical Education / Experience:Typically requires a University Degree in a technical field and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience; or an associate degree and 6 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

2+ years professional development experience with Integrated Logistics Plan (ILSP) logistics program.

2+ years professional experience with military digital maps and coordinate methodology.

2+ years professional experience in Military Training procedures.

2+ years professional experience with Internet Protocol (IP) addressing, combat net radio and LAN network topologies, and troubleshooting procedures.

Comprehension of using complex operating systems and database systems.

Comprehension with troubleshooting data and power issues plus maintain cables and connectors.

Comprehension of computer hardware systems and peripheral devices.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Military Maneuver type units (Infantry, Armor, Field Artillery) or any IT related MOS.
