Key Responsibilities  Agile Leadership & Team Enablement Promote Agile/Scrum values and continuous improvement. Facilitate ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure clarity and engagement. Project & Vendor Management Oversee all phases of the SDLC, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate deliverables, and resolve conflicts across multiple workstreams. Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress.Identify and mitigate risks, lead contingency planning, and escalate issues when necessary. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Provide transparent updates and manage expectations effectively. Technical & Compliance Oversight Support requirements gathering, integration planning, and solution validation. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance. Reporting & Documentation Track progress using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, plans, decisions, and lessons learned. Change Management & Collaboration Drive organizational change initiatives and facilitate alignment across teams. Foster a positive team environment through strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
