You will develop new products and processes in support of the organization's business strategies. You will be responsible for coding, running simulations, synthesis, creating test benches, and preparation of documentation. You will work closely with world class hardware and software engineers during planning, requirements and architecture, design, test and integration phases.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Requirements and architect analog/mixed-signal IC solutions spanning chip-level to cell-level considerations
Design to requirements spanning block definitions, schematic creation and simulation
Accomplish Design integration, testing, analyses and iterations
Plan, design-for, and enable radiation testing of microelectronic circuits
Prepare Documentation
Create project plans and execute with adherence to schedule and budget
YOU MUST HAVE
Degree in Electrical Engineering: Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of IC design experience, or Master’s degree with 2 years of IC design experience, or PhD degree in IC design field
US Citizenship required
Dual citizens are not allowed due to Export Control Law and Contractual Flow-downs
Previously held USG Secret clearance, or, no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret security clearance is required
Ability and willingness to work on-site at Honeywell Aerospace

WE VALUE
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant mixed-signal IC design experience
High speed analog/mixed-signal experience (e.g., SERDES, PLL, DDR, DDS)
Strong design experience using Cadence PDKs
Physical design experience including custom circuit layout
Knowledge of OS Linux, scripting languages – e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL
Laboratory experience (hardware configuration, measurement systems)
Low-speed, low-noise, high-precision analog circuit design experience
Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience
Professional Verilog working knowledge
Advanced node and SOI technology design experience
Professional knowledge of design tools: simulators, STA tools, synthesis, etc.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer and web navigation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web browsers)
Self – starter, motivated and takes initiative and able to lead a small team
Strong technical problem-solving skills
