A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on an

Application Support Specialist to be based in

Phoenix, AZ. This position is worked remote during the pandemic with occasional requests to go onsite. Anyone submitted must be willing to go onsite when requested. When the office returns to working onsite the resource must be willing to work onsite 100%. Once they know how the equipment works hybrid will be okay. Position is on a on a

1 year contract basis with possible extension. (W2 and Local Only).

JOB DESCRIPTION:Provides problem analysis support to diagnose and remedy problems in servers and client computing devices.Conducts systems analysis and design studies and prepares concept and design specifications.Analyzes systems needs, makes recommendations and designs the most effective means to satisfy those needs.Provides technical assistance to staff.Demonstrates superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and fiscally responsible activity. Analyzes and diagnoses the most commonly found problems network, desktops and laptops.Develops and maintains computer and/or telecommunications equipment and peripherals, hardware and software.Facilitates joint business or technical staff analysis and design working sessions.Provides guidance for significant phases of computer applications such as planning, design, or testing.Coordinates joint activities of operating personnel, programmers, and analysts. Technical skills are client end user devise support (desktop, laptop or tablet), project coordination and application support.
