These projects involve implementing cost effective, compliant, and innovative digital solutions (ERP implementations, upgrades, etc) aligned with functional standards. In addition, you will also work closely with other internal/external organizations, key suppliers/customers, and Senior Leadership to ensure internal and external commitments and milestones are met.Primary Responsibilities:

Strategically lead projects from inception through completion and stabilization.

Drive the usage of appropriate Project Management tools to support cost-effective solutions.

Drive the usage of appropriate functional standards and Lean tools to support operational excellence.

Solve complex problems and manage multiple teams/tasks simultaneously.

Track record of maintaining positive long-term business relationships.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and written at all levels. Both internally and externally.

Communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership.

Travel up to 40-50% both domestically and internationally

Perform other duties as required

Basic Qualifications:

Ty p ically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years p rior relevant ex p erience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of ex p erience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant ex p erience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a team of professional individuals on a domestic and global level.

Experience implementing digital solutions

Experience with Continuous Improvement tools and processes

ERP and MES system experience

Functional business process experience.

Project Management experience

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ACE or CORE

Experience with SAP

Demonstrated skills - leadership, strategy, collaboration, and team building.

Experience in the development of project plans; including schedule, budget and resource planning. Evaluation of technical options against schedule and budgetary constraints.

Critical Competencies: Project Focus, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Leadership Skills, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, Effective Teamwork.

Travel will be required to support project deliverables.

Clear executive presence with ability to accurately and effectively communicate and present to Management and Executive Leadership.
