Description We are in search of an Associate Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position plays a vital role in coordinating and executing operational tasks within our organization. As a part of our team, you will be closely involved in managing shipments, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication with our customers. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads. Schedule appointments efficiently while ensuring quality. Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond promptly to customer and carrier requests. Accurately track and trace shipments, entering events and generating invoices. Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards. Utilize standard operating procedures and training to document events. Escalate customer or carrier requests when necessary, following defined escalation procedures. Maintain a focus on quality and efficiency in executing tasks. Use Microsoft Office Suite of programs proficiently for various operations. Uphold a diverse and inclusive work environment, contributing to creativity, innovation, and business growth. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in customer service roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with office functions and operations Experience in providing training to staff members Understanding of standard company procedures Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars Experience in invoice processing Commitment to maintaining quality in all tasks Knowledge of shipping functions and procedures Strong time management skills Ability to execute tasks as per the instructions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Adherence to company policies Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance Experience in a call center environment Understanding of standard operation procedures Ability to think creatively and introduce innovation Commitment to contributing towards business growth Knowledge of discrimination laws and regulations Ability to load data into systems as required Understanding of Affirmative Action Plans Familiarity with EO/IR systems.
