Auto Body CSR or Jr. Estimator

Vice Collision is looking for a customer service representative or a Jr. Estimator to join our growing team! We offer competitive pay & benefits looking for a full time employee to work Monday - Friday, no weekends. Employee must be bi-lingual and have experience in a body shop and comfortable using CCC One. Customer service skills are a must in addition the others listed below!

Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians

Oversee repair process and vehicles through shop

Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction

Keep thorough documentation of all estimates and repairs

Pre/Post scan all vehicles during check in process

1+ year of experience as a body shop or collision center

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
