Contract to hire. Looking to hire an experienced
Senior Software Engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset who loves data and gets excited about different and unique data sets, and all the ways it can be used. This person will ultimately help us to create and accelerate the trajectory of our growth in multiple portfolio companies. - NoSQL platforms, including Mongo, Couch, etc.
- MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
- AMQP based message bus - RabbitMQ as an example
- Django (python) and/or DjangoREST
- Creating, documenting, and implementing RESTful APIs
- Flask, FastAPI, similar HTTP toolkits
- Python, Rust, Java, C/C
- Python Celery, Airflow or similar workflow engines/schedulers
- Oauth, Ory
- Canonical MaaS, LXC/LXD, Kubernetes
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
- 7+ years of back end software experience
- Experience with at least one modern public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), including IaaS and serverless solutions
