Bakers, with experience

Wholesale bakery, plus retail bakery, looking for experienced bakers, with good knowledge on mixing, fermentation, proofing , baking. Skills needed would include the above list plus understanding lamination, batter mixing, Starter care, calculating correct dough temperatures. Must be able to problem solve and follow instruction. Must be able to stay on task. Work cleanly and have good communications skills as well. Multiple shifts available. Work go from 3am all the way to 10pm
