We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to serve as the key link between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients.
To succeed in this position, you should have experience in generating leads from marketing campaigns and consistently meeting sales targets. Your communication skills will be essential in cultivating strong customer relationships, from initial contact through to closing the deal, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from small business owners
- Contact prospective clients and nurture new relationships
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and plans
- Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling way
- Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the team
- Maintain accurate customer records and information
- Set up meetings between clients and executives
- Report to Business Development Management as needed
Requirements:
- A passion for sales
- Excellent phone communication
- The ability to hardwire your internet connection to a modem
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
- Experience in sales/marketing with a record of achieving quotas
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Drive, Outlook, and telemarketing dialers
- Comfort using multiple platforms to manage client interactions
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- BS degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
