Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Manager that will support the Research and Diagnosis (RAD) team within Escalations Review and Root Cause (ERRC), which is a part of Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) group. The RAD team is responsible for identifying and prioritizing complaints that have the greatest potential for systemic problems and for identifying potential customer impact. The team performs operational and/or analytical research to identify the root cause of the problem and partner with the applicable business to ensure it is reviewed. The team is also responsible to determine if the systemic problem meets Expedited Impact Review criteria.In this role, you will:

Managing and developing a team of Business Accountability Specialists

Leading a team in a production-based environment responsible for critical, high risk service level agreements

Partner with appropriate business contacts and stakeholders (e.g., Control, Legal, and Independent Risk Management) to review potential regulatory compliance concerns

Reporting on trends and themes

Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.

Recommend opportunities for process improvements.

Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.

Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

Manage allocation of people and financial resources.

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Enterprise focus and liaisons across all lines of business for RAD and ERT

Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead critical functions in a production-based environment.

Knowledge and demonstrated experience applying compliance laws and regulations, including UDAAP, FINRA, Reg. E, FCRA, Privacy, BSA/AML, Reg. DD

Experience with issue management and/or root cause analysis

Ability to successfully deliver 360 intentional coaching based on performance opportunities.

Previous experienced in regulatory compliance

Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management

Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions

Strong risk management leadership skills

Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills

Demonstrated proficiency in identifying business improvement opportunities and driving completion of tasks, projects, and initiatives

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:
