Job Description

Summary:

The business analyst (BA)isaccountablefor a range of effortsin support ofFinance driveninitiatives including analyzing data, producing reporting and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.BA's assist in the identification and documentation of business requirements from global stakeholder communityand liaison with businessand product owners,data and technology teamson project execution.

Essential Functions:
  • Produce and analyze performance metrics, including identifying trends and possible areas for improvementacrossbusiness, IT, Data partners
  • Collaborate to create and maintain regularly scheduled and ad-hoc management reports, program cards, program dashboards
  • Capabilityto drive projects and initiatives as the need arises
  • Oversee and collaborate with workstream partners onbusiness requirements forcomplex initiatives (new system of record, Large Financial Institution (LFI) Regulatory Reporting, systems integration)
  • Collaborate on requirements gathering with stakeholders on future enhancements
  • Liaison with data and technology teams to implement minimum viable product / MVP and identify and escalate any risks to the project to manager and workstream leads
  • Scribe working sessions, capture open issues, decisions, risks/mitigatio n

Requirements:
  • Strong p roject management skills with ability to build consensus across geographies and navigate priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Must have highly developed proficien cy in common Microsoft Office programs ( Excel, Power P oint, Teams, SharePoint ) ; Tableau , SQL experience is a p lus
  • E xperience w/e stablish ing, measuring, reporting on performance indicators that demonstrate progress against program execution
  • Advocate for a culture of learning, team work and collaboration

  • Must be adaptable and flexible to support change in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
