Description:The calibration technician will ensure all equipment and manufacturing tools used are functioning at their optimal level. This will include calibrating, adjusting, and maintaining a wide range of equipment such as scales, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and more. The technician will also be responsible for documenting calibration procedures and results, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during the calibration process.Skills:Troubleshooting, Calibration, micrometer, calipers, Preventive maintenance, Instrumentation, Test equipment, Repair, Mechanically inclinedTop Skills Details:Troubleshooting,Calibration,micrometer,calipers,Preventive maintenanceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Entry level 1-3 years: $20-$24 (caliper, micrometers, basic drawings)

intermediate level Minimum of 3 years: $25-$27 (Caliper, micrometer, advanced print reading, manual layup)

Advanced level minimum of 5 years: $28-$31 (Caliper, micrometer, advanced print reading, manual layup, first article, in process, final, CMM, all inspection tools, diagnose issues, DIP, calibration)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Knowledge of calibration equipment and tools, as well as industry standards and regulations

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the manufacturing industry.
