Call Center/Customer Service (Outbound)

Job Title: Call Center Representative – Outbound

Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite)

Pay: $18/hr to start | $20/hr upon direct hire

Schedule: Must be available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts scheduled within this window)

We’re looking for dependable, energetic individuals to join a positive and fun call center team! No experience needed—just a strong commitment to showing up every day, a good phone voice, and the ability to confidently handle objections and turn "no" into "yes."

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to reconnect with prospective clients

Engage in positive conversations, overcome objections, and encourage re-engagement

Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone

Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes
