The Chief Information Officer (CIO) has principal authority and responsibility for the leadership, vision, strategy, development, evaluation, and management of all information technology (IT) systems and services within NATIVE HEALTH. The CIO ensures that IT initiatives align with NATIVE HEALTH’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, supporting high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial stability, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and the evolving landscape of healthcare technology, including electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth, data analytics, cybersecurity, and interoperability.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Provides leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of organization-wide standards, programs, and systems to achieve the desired initiatives, objectives, and outcomes.Provides direction, supervision, and evaluates the IT staff. Holds staff accountable for completing objectives and meeting performance targets.Builds and supports relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of collaboration to develop partnerships and resolve problems. Promotes positive relationships among various organizations.Develops, reviews, and monitors financial outcomes to ensure that Native Health meets organizational objectives.Directs the development and integration of new systems, operations, and services, making timely recommendations to senior management that reflect Native Health's mission, vision, and values.Responsible for maintaining and monitoring Native Health’s cybersecurity protections. Supports the organization as needed.
