The Chief Information Officer (CIO) leads the vision, strategy, and management of all information technology (IT) systems and services at NATIVE HEALTH. This role ensures IT initiatives align with organizational goals, supporting patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and implement a fully integrated technology ecosystem, ensuring robust data exchange between core platforms.Provide leadership in organization-wide IT standards, programs, and systems to achieve strategic objectives and outcomes.Direct IT staff, holding them accountable for meeting performance targets and completing objectives.Oversee cybersecurity protections, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships, resolve problems, and promote positive relationships across the organization.
