CNC Burn Table Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Burn Table Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining with specific expertise in operating a CNC burn table. This role requires precision and a strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC burn table machinery to cut and shape various metal materials based on job orders and blueprints.

Interpret technical drawings and set up the machinery accurately to complete jobs.

Perform routine maintenance on the CNC burn table to ensure optimal operation.

Monitor the cutting process and make adjustments to machine settings as required.

Check final products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Collaborate with other team members to enhance productivity and workflow.

Document actions by completing production and quality logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation, specifically with burn tables.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
