Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision sheet metal fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines according to job specifications and blueprints

- Adjust machine settings to ensure precise forming and bending of metal parts

- Inspect materials and finished products to confirm they meet quality standards and tolerances

- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating CNC press brake machines in a sheet metal fabrication environment

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

- Strong understanding of metal properties, bend deductions, and correct tooling selection

- Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, protractors, etc.)

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
