Construction maintenance position open for commercial and residential.

Tradesman needed.

For all phases of maintenance.

Woodwork.

Roof sealing.

Must have tools to perform duties.

If you have a work truck to haul a ladder and materials that pays extra.

Applicant will be responsible for completing maintenance invoices.

And time logs.

Pay depending on experience.

$20-$40 per hour.
