Contract Specialist Role is available courtesy of Modis. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in contract review.Pay Range- $28-$30.88 per hour Job type-12 month Contract• Location: This position is fully remote, however the resource needs to be located in either of these areas. Canonsburg, Alpharetta, Charlotte or PhoenixPosition Summary Responsible for the quality of Contract Service Delivery, other documents, processes, and system tools to help the company avoid contract disputes. This includes reviewing the company's contracts for legal sufficiency and abstracting deal terms into customer project management toolsEssential Job Functions • Review and analyze contracts and other documents to ensure deal points match the expectations of all parties. • Abstract contractual terms (including equipment dimensions) and upload documentation in Customers project management tool for payment approvals. • Convey through verbal and written communication any discrepancies to internal and customer contacts discrepancies that need to be resolved. • Quantify results and review with management, business partners, and/or customers to determine implications and remediation plans, when necessary, based on findings.Education/Certifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Bachelors Degree preferred • Attorney or skilled ParalegalExperience/Minimum Requirements • Three (1 -3) years of experience in contract review and various macro software • Experience in contract review and/or development. • Audit, quality control, and/or project management experience a plus.Other Skills/Abilities • Contract law and interpretation • Communication, both written and verbal, to various levels within the organization • Excellent PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office, project management software, and database information retrievalIf you are interested in this Contract Specialist position in Charlotte, NC, Canonsburg, PA, or Phoenix, AZ, please click APPLY.
