CONTRACT ATTORNEY for Breach of Contract/Fraudulent Transfer Case

We are seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to handle a breach of contract and/or fraudulent transfer matter on a contract basis.

The clients are being sued in Phoenix, Arizona. The client owes creditors approximately $350,000 in loans. The client owns a home, which he transferred to a trust. They are suing the client, alleging that he had an intent to hinder assets.

A complaint was served about a week ago, and a response needs to be filed. A general denial might be good enough, if Arizona court allows this.

The ideal candidate will be actively licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar.

The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:

Active Arizona Bar License in good standing (REQUIRED).

Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
